Tic Tac opens up about his blunt approach to relationships
Ghanaian rapper Tic Tac has opened up about his approach to romantic relationships, stating that he has always been direct with women whenever he realises there is no future with them.
According to the musician, he would rather end a relationship honestly than continue to give a woman false hope, even when he genuinely likes and respects her.
Speaking during a discussion on Adom TV on September 27, 2026, Tic Tac mentioned that he had been in several situations where women cried after he decided to end their relationships.
“I was very blunt with women. If we’re in a relationship and I feel like I can’t continue or I can’t get married to you, I will tell you point blank. I wouldn’t want to deceive anyone, so I will tell you right from the beginning,” he said.

The rapper explained that his decision to end a relationship did not necessarily mean he disliked the woman, but was often because their long-term goals did not align.
“I had a lot of situations where women used to cry a lot and they would be asking why I was doing that. I would just say we should end it,” he shared.
Tic Tac added, “Though I like you, I respect you and I will be there for you if you need anything. As for the relationship, it wouldn’t last because our vision doesn’t align.”
