'Are you mad?' - Bishop Obinim slams Florence Obinim over divorce demands

Founder of International God's Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has taken a swipe at his estranged wife, Florence Obinim, following some demands she allegedly made during the process of their divorce.

In a video shared on TikTok and sighted by GhanaWeb on October 13, 2026, Bishop Daniel Obinim is seen reading a list of properties his estranged wife is requesting as part of the divorce settlement.

While reading through the list of demands made by Florence Obinim, Bishop Daniel Obinim noted that his former wife had refused to think about their children and was instead focused on his properties.

According to Obinim, his former wife must be mad to make such demands, adding that Florence Obinim had equally failed to take proper care of their children.

“As a mother, you have refused to think about the kids. Are you mad? Do you want my children to go wayward? Recently, when Promise went to get a tattoo, it was my name that was being mentioned.

“Do you think about the kids as I do? If you think you are mad, I am crazier than you,” he said.

Obinim additionally shared how he knelt before his child, identified as Promise, and begged her to remove a tattoo from her neck.

“Last week, I called Promise on a video call, begging her to remove the tattoo. I asked her to remove the earring as well,” he added.

Meanwhile, musician and estranged wife of Bishop Daniel Obinim, Florence Obinim, is in court demanding GH¢2 million, a house in Barcelona, GH¢10,000 in monthly allowances, among other things.
