‘Your boss Andy Dosty calls me boss’ - Slim Buster takes on DJ Slim

Legendary Ghanaian dancer and musician Slim Buster has locked horns with social commentator DJ Slim after the latter was seen in several videos allegedly mocking him.

DJ Slim, over the past few weeks, has taken to social media to criticise Slim Buster. In most of his criticisms, the disc jockey, in a cryptic manner, described the veteran musician as a “wack” dancer.

Reacting to the criticism, Slim Buster, in a discussion on Adom TV shared on X on October 18, 2026, stated that DJ Slim has little knowledge of the entertainment industry.

According to him, DJ Slim is an empty-headed individual who is quick to jump into discussions about the creative arts industry.

“DJ Slim isn't someone we should give a platform in the entertainment industry because his brain isn't working. He should ask who helped me,” he said.

Slim Buster, while expressing his thoughts, also referred to DJ Slim as a “villager”, adding that the disc jockey has no respect for him.

“What annoys me most is that someone like DJ Slim comes from the village to the city. He doesn't respect me. He, DJ Slim, doesn't know Accra as well as I do. Your boss, Andy Dosty, even calls me boss,” he added.
