Leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), Rev. Kwaku Obofour, has clapped back at an individual who recently took to social media to make some wild allegations against him.
Recently, a popular US-based TikTok influencer, identified as Dandale, on November 3, 2026, alleged that Rev. Obofour took GH¢2,000 from his mother in 2017, adding that the pastor instructed his 75-year-old mother at the time to drink lemon 14 times a day.
“In 2017, my sister and I came to you for counselling. I was angry and didn’t want to come, but my sister didn’t listen to me. During counselling, you asked my mother to pay GH¢2,000. You even asked one of your junior pastors to follow my sister to the bank without the money for you.

“You asked my mother, who was 75 years old at that time, to drink lemon 14 times a day. If not for the fact that I was a smart boy… Because of that, I have been angry with you. I want my money. If you fail to pay the money, I will drag you online for a full year. I will ensure you are not happy in the country,” he alleged.
However, Rev. Obofour, in a live TikTok session, has reacted to these claims.
According to him, he considers anyone who makes such allegations as someone without reasoning and not of sound mind.
“If you send me a video and someone is talking about me, I see such a person as someone who was given birth to by an animal. If I see that you want to blackmail me, I see you as an animal,” Rev. Obofour noted.
While lambasting the netizen, he also recounted some past allegations he faced shortly after his wife gave birth.
He said he was once accused of killing someone, a claim that led to him being questioned by eight police commissioners.
“I have been in a meeting where about eight commissioners were questioning me because I had been accused of killing someone. At that point, my wife had given birth about three weeks earlier. My wife was actually crying on the day we were reporting to the police. She questioned why we had even come to Accra,” he added.
