‘The girl in the adult tape doesn’t have HIV’ - Oteele on using no protection

Ghanaian actor and comedian Oteele has admitted that although he had unprotected sex with the woman in his viral adult tape, he strongly believes he hasn’t contracted any sexually transmitted illness, particularly HIV.

Oteele recently made headlines when videos of his sexual escapades with another woman circulated online, causing widespread reactions on social media.

During an interview on the Delay show, Oteele was questioned about whether he uses protection when engaging in sexual encounters outside his marriage, stressing the risk of sexually transmitted infections such as HIV being brought home to his wife.

“Do you use a condom and the rest because of infections like HIV that you are bringing to your wife while she’s sitting at home? Or you don’t think about those ones?” Delay asked.

Oteele responded, “I don’t just sleep with any woman.”

However, Delay explained that a person’s appearance or trust cannot determine their health status.

Oteele agreed with her concerns, stating, “That is true. I understand. I think about it a lot.”

Delay then reminded him that he had recently had sex with another woman without protection.

Oteele admitted, “ I did it raw.”

When asked if he had taken an HIV test after the encounter, Oteele said, “No, no. The girl doesn’t have AIDS, so I can’t contract it.”

After Delay questioned his certainty, Oteele’s wife, who was present during the interview, commented, “The trust he had in her was big.”

Her reaction has since become a major talking point online, with some social media users questioning why she appeared to be smiling while her husband discussed unprotected sex outside their marriage.
