Abby becomes the latest to be eliminated from the exciting season five of the Stars of the Future music talent hunt. She was dealt the huge blow at the eviction show last night, marking the end of the road for her.
This week will see the Stars of the Future season five competition taking another turn with performances scheduled for tonight at the National Theater. It is a night for African songs and will also serves as a tribute to the legendary OSIBISA group. The night will witness performance of several African classics including ‘Welcome Home’ by OSIBISA, ‘Zo Blazo’ by Freddy Meiway, ‘Thank you Mr. DJ for playing my song’ by Yvonne Chaka Chaka, ‘Bibanke’ by Asa and ‘Ekwe’ by Onyeka Onwenu. The night promises to be another splendor after the last week performance which saw then six contestants thrilling the audience all night with their classic showing. Noella, who jacked the shine on the night, emerged as winner for the Golden Moment Award.
Stars of the future season five is sponsored by MTN with support from Somovision LG, Close Up, Vodka Kick, Koala, Spa 216, GTP and shows on Television Sunday at 1:30PM on GTV and 3PM on e.TV. There is a repeat show at Mondays, 12.30PM on GTV.
