After years of hibernation Henry Adjei Gyimah musically known as OD4 re-launches his music career in a striking style with his newest dancehall single called ‘Baby’.

OD4 who is known by the masses as a hip life artiste shot his claim to fame with his popular song ‘Me do Wo’ ft Ras Nigga, then the baldest female dancehall artiste in the game.

In his return OD4 said, ‘my hibernation length was to under study the game, look for the holes in it and, seal them and that is exactly what I have done now’.

He also added that in the course of his hide out somewhere in a white man’s land he discovered things about himself that he did not know with regards to his music career, so in hiding to prepare for the tough battle, he gained a lot of weight as well.

On the topic of what he learnt about himself, OD4 answered, ‘before I was not doing the type of music I had always wanted to do, management controlled my music direction, they pushed me into doing Hip Life and I realized that I am a dancehall artiste, a very good one as that, so I improved on it. This new fully matured dancehall artiste has released his first dancehall single titled Baby, whose video was shot by Real House Films, under Henry World Link Entertainment.

OD4 claims to have seen the light and some time to come he would love to go into preaching, this he said influenced the naming of his new album which he calls, ‘Turn Around’.

“I have been up and, down before, I now know why we have to say the Lord is good besides every man needs to secure his salvation before it’s too late”, OD4 sounded spiritual.

Stressing on his spiritual side OD4 said, the album is called Turn Around because of two things, first of, the coming back of OD4 into the music industry not as a hip life artiste but a dancehall hard nut and second of, the channel of music to be coming from me, I am not doing gospel but on the album there are some very good inspirational songs for soul upliftment.

Henry Adjei Gyimah, a formal student of Suhum Senior High school, worked with Ruth of Mentor fame, Kesse of Project fame and Chicken as featuring artistes on the album, as songs where produced by Jaykings, OJbeats together with Failbeats. OD4 promises fans a package that will worth their time if they buy his new album as he prepares for his album launches, both in Ghana and US of A very soon.

‘The dancehall, Hip Hop, Hip life and lovers Rock album will serve everybody who loves music, so Ghanaians should be patience with me as I take them through the new OD4, the Baby single is just one out of a lot coming’, OD4 final words as he also threw a big shouts out to Mr. Henry Galli, his Executive producer, Daniel Obeng-(Cedis) of Empire Entertainment and the whole of Ghana.
