This is the report of the Awards Faculty through a special electoral college of appointees from all participating television stations as well as independent production houses.
All appointees worked independently by scoring on special tally sheets for entries that fall under particular categories that they were assigned to by pre-viewing the entries privately and then coming together as a committee to collate the marks, deliberate and arrive at consensus on the final list of nominees.
The peer review process of pruning the entries from stakeholders is being supervised by the National Electoral Commission and other stakeholders such PKF the official accounting partner for Television Awards Ghana Festival.
The final voting by the Awards Faculty for who wins in the categories outlined shall be conducted on 26th September 2014 at Alisa Hotel.
Congratulations to all nominees as we prepare for Ghana’s maiden television industry fiesta.
12 Categories shall be awarded at the Industry Dinner and Awards Night on Friday, 3rd October 2014.
For Primetime Awards, 17 Categories shall be awarded on Friday, October 10, 2014 and the same night, 4 popular awards with 100% public voting and supervised by SMSGH and the accounting partner shall also be awarded.
This brings the award categories for Television Awards Ghana 2014 to 33 total.
