Sometime in November of 2010, a young lady by name Obaa Yaa came out publicly to express her ‘deep’ love and admiration for Black Stars striker and current captain Asamoah Gyan.
This young lady, known to be a resident of Madina made her intentions known when producers of the Delay Show hosted by Deloris Frimpong Manson granted her audience.
According to Obaa Yaa, Asamoah’s haircut, skin tone and the excellent skill he exhibits not only on the football field but also on the music scene makes the love she has for him grow daily even suggesting that the football guru take her to the altar by December 2010 lest she commits suicide.
It’s been four good years since the declaration of intent but sadly Asamoah has not taken the offer rather Ghanaians got to know that Mr. Gyan has a wife and kids.
Little has since been heard of the ‘chocolate beauty’ Obaa Yaa but we can only hope that she has found one to love her and satisfy her passions as Baby Jet is taken.
