Its always a beautiful thing to watch music videos from Ghanaian artists telling a story that portrays rich African culture and depicts the natural environments. Atumpan decided to take this path to bring out the values his song “Baby Mama” really talks about.
This music video was shot in a typical village and saw everyone looking African by either wearing African prints or doing activities that are exclusive to the typical Ghanaian or African way of living.
In the song, Atumpan said no matter how many children the African woman has, she still looks beautiful and attractive. In this music video, Prince Dovlo made sure those words were demonstrated in clear visuals.
The most interesting part of this video to me, is the beauty pageant scene. I find that scene very creative and fun to watch. It was natural and beautiful! The African story was told the African way.
