Ghanaian female singer, Diamond Appiah has reacted to accusation that she slept with Ghanaian footballer who plays as a striker for Thai Premier League club Nakhon Ratchasima, Dominic Adiyiah for $100.
The actress cum philanthropist who seemed not happy with the charge in an interview with Celebritytvgh.com denied the claim.
According to her, “I knew him and a couple of Black Stars players as mere friends and that was it. So the fact that I knew him on hello and hi levels doesn’t mean we dated or slept because I don’t sleep around with friends.”
She continued that the allegation which according to reports happened four years ago is from individuals who want to dent her image.
“These are cheap lies being fabricated by people who can’t stand the success of my Flawless Cosmetics brand n diamond slimming tea.
Most Ghanaians are filled with the pull her down syndrome and the moment they realize you have achieved something they can’t, they only hate with envy and bitterness.
I serve a living God and nobody can bring me or my business down because, by the Grace of God, it is trending worldwide. So instead of those dead musicians fabricating lies, they should concentrate on branding ordinary water into pure water because we all have twenty-four hours in a day.”
Damond Appiah pleaded with the media not to give room such claim on their platforms.
The “Taste My Apple” singer further challenged the media to question Dominic Adiyiah if she ever slept with him for such amount.
“Media men should contact the said footballer and ask whether we dated before”
