Radio personality and emcee, KMJ and actress, Gloria Sarfo will on Friday, August 19 host the Kids Choice Awards 2016 at the National Theatre.
The event is organized by Edybentil Entertainment and RANaway with the aim of bringing kids closer to their favorite Ghanaian celebrities as they spend time together and have fun.
These kids will join their role models on the ‘Rainbow Carpet’ for photos, autographs and interview sessions.
Personalities in entertainment, sports and other fields who were nominated and voted for by the kids will be awarded at the event.
The second edition of Kids Choice Awards is under the theme “Kill the Mother Mosquito, Save the Pregnant Woman.”
Organizers have said part of the proceeds from the event will be used to settle the hospital bills of some mothers who encounter complications during delivery at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
Kids Choice Awards 2016 is expected to start at 4pm.
KMJ has hosted a number of events including Technology Executive Conference Innovate 2016, Miss Ghana 2015 Red Carpet, Diva’s Ball 2013, Shatta Wale Live in Concert, Koforidua and Sarkodie’s Rapperholic Concert, Koforidua. He was also the announcer at the 2015 Ghana DJ Awards.
He is the host of the nation’s finest urban entertainment and lifestyle morning radio shows, Daybreak Hitz on Hitz 103.9FM.
Gloria Sarfo on the other hand has hosted several events including Kids Choice Awards 2015.
Surely, they will be a delight to watch.
