Probings by this website show that, the contract between the two parties expired months ago and they demurred renewing – making their split somewhat amicable.
The parties were said to have signed a 4-year contract; a partnership that projected both the label and the group into the limelight.
Under Harbour City Records, Gallaxy were catapulted from ‘underground’ status to mainstream, becoming one of the popular music groups in the last 3 years.
The group was first noticed with the video to their hit single, ‘Boko Boko’ which was released in 2104. They went on to release a plethora of hit songs such as ‘Hola At Me’, ‘Tweaa’, ‘Wudo Nti’, Papa Bi’ and ‘Qualities’ among others.
