Barely a month since we broke news on the acquisition of a Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV private jet estimated at $41Million by CEO of Zylofon Media and Menzgold Nana Appiah Mensa, the business mogul has added to his list of properties another one (in DJ Khaled’s voice) and that’s the Royal Richester Hotel.

The East Legon situated property as we gather will lose its status as a 3-star hotel as reconstruction has already commenced.

This according to deep throat information will, in the long run, create a new event centre for event organizers and many others who have always had to rely on the National Theatre of International Conference Centre.
The site will also serve as home to his radio station Zylofon 102.1 and an upcoming TV station Zlyofon TV.
