Made in Taadi Concert will be held at Jubilee Park in Takoradi on December 23
Fante rap giant Kofi Kinaata met media men at Best Western Atlantic Hotel Thursday, December 7 to discuss his December 23 ‘Made in Taadi Concert.’
The High Grade Family act reiterated the motive behind the concert as his way of honoring his promise to his fans who requested for it as Christmas present. He also pointed out that the show would also help to project other talents in the Western Region.
“Most of my fans chose a free concert over dinner with them and song. As obedient Taadi boy, I had to heed to what the fans want as a Christmas”, said Kinaata.
Slated for the Jubilee Park in his native Takoradi on December 23, the Susuka rapper is expected to be joined onstage by a host of top industry colleagues/ mentors including label boss and Ghanaian dancehall doyen Samini.
Also frontman of “Team Move”, Kofi Kinaata, while he’s still significantly young, is already a respected songwriter in the country for his depth of thought and mastery over storytelling –something which has seen him pick up the VGMA laurel for ‘Songwriter of the Year” more than once.
