According to him, Africans have abandoned the wholesome values enshrined in African traditional cultures in favour to receive western ones without a corresponding understanding or application of their essences.

"What really pains me is that black men have become secondhand people, we are now described as a third world but the world began in Africa, we are the first people but we have become the third world because we have adopted a civilization that fought against the will of our God". "I am blissed with the way the Royal funeral rites of the late Asantehemaa, Nana Afia Serwaa Kobi Ampem II. This has shown to me that we can develope our country even if no body comes in here to help us".

He said "bleaching your skin is just like being racist against yourself, and this could be described as foolishness", Mark Anim emotionally stressed.
