Shatta Wale and Ebony are the strongest contenders for Artiste of the year – Richie

Artiste Manager, Richie has said Shatta Wale and Ebony are the only contenders for this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the year.

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards board nominated top five artistes for the category. These personalities include Shatta Wale, Ebony, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and reigning artiste of the year, Joe mettle.

But in a Q&A session with his followers on Twitter, the Lynx Entertainment boss indicated that “Ebony and Shatta Wale were the strongest last year so either of them is cool for me”.

Richie also indicated that to work with him, all one needs to be disciplined, talented and have a good image.

Richie has been credited for the rise of several talents including Kidi, MzVee, Kuami Eugene, Ziggi, Eazzy.
