A section of the crowd at the Lakeside Easter Jam
People of Ankaase and its environs in the Ashanti Region were thrilled with excitement to what they expressed as ‘a beautiful moment’ to climax their Easter holidays at the first edition of YFM Kumasi’s Lakeside Jam.
Held on Easter Monday, 2nd April, 2018, participants of the much expected Easter jam could not hide their joy for they experience at the event.
Kofi Amoako a participant shared his experience “this is a much awaited moment. I can’t hide the fact that I am so happy YFM Kumasi organized this”. Serwaa Akoto also said “I am happy to be here. My Easter wasn’t boring after all. We want YFM Kumasi to do more of this for us”.
Fully cheered by the crowd the event witnessed showbiz artists such as Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win, Mama Boss Papa, Ladder, Mr. Jace, actor and musician Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win, VGMA, 2017 Best rapper nominee, Eno Barony, Yaa Pono of Uptown Energy and 2017 VGMA Hip-life award winning artiste, Flow King Stone and many more who performed live on stage as well as well as having a one-on-one interaction with their fans.
As if that was not enough, participants were also entertained by latest DJ’s like DJ Slim, DJ Lexes with Kwame Scientific, NYDJ, PapJay and Mensa Jnr who stimulated the crowed.
Participants called for more of such events so they can interact with their favorite entertainment stars.
The YFM Lakeside Easter jam was organized by YFM Kumasi in collaboration with the Ghana Tourism Authority and sponsored by Kasapreko Ghana Limited.
