I don’t wait for an award to validate me – Leila Djansi

Movie Producer, Laila Djansi has said that she does not wait for awards to validate her.

According to her, she works because of the impact it will have on the audience and not because of awards.

Leila made this known in a post on her Facebook page and sighted by MyNewsGh.com.

She said “Still we work! Don’t wait for an award to validate you. The impact your story makes on your audience is the greatest reward of all!!”.

Leila Djansi is one of Ghana’s biggest movie producers.

She is credited with works like “Ties that bind”, “Like cotton twines”, “Sinking Sands”.
