Actress Bibi Bright, who is currently the Executive Secretary of the Creative Arts Council has revealed that she is yet to receive a dime from the governing New Patriotic party (NPP).
She disclosed to Mzgee in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com that the NPP did not give her a dime for campaigning for them in 2016 elections.
According to the actress, she campaigned for the party with her own resources without support from any quarters.
“NPP did not give me a dime for my campaign, I did it on my own and it was not because of money”, she told MzGee.
When quizzed by the host if she will accept money from the NPP government for her support, she answered in the negative
Three years ago, actress Bibi Bright, gave her support to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and actively campaigned for the party to come to power but many other colleagues who joined in the crusade feel let down because they have not received the reward they expected.
