Afrobeats artiste, Kelyvn Boy agrees with comments that Stonebwoy’s latest album, ‘Anloga Junction’ is a Grammy material.
The one-time protégée of the dancehall act observed that the album has all the qualities of a Grammy album.
Stonebwoy released his 15-track ‘Anloga Junction’ album last week Friday has had an impressive reviews from Ghanaians and the world.
The album features artistes like Kojo Antwi, Jahmeil (Jamaica), Zlatan (Nigeria), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania), Nasty C (South Africa), Chivv (Netherlands), and Alicai Harley (Jamaica-born London-based).
Commenting on the album, Kelvyn Boy told Giovani Caleb in an interview on Showbiz 360 on TV3 that he has listened to the album and “I have my favourite in there.”
To him, he likes “the fact that it’s Afrobeats,” commending his former label for a good job.
The ‘Mea’ hit singer narrated that “I saw people tweeting and saying ‘this one de3 Grammy ooo’ so I was wondering what dem hear for inside wey dem talk say this one de3 Grammy.”
So he went ahead to “listen wey I know the reason why…it was solid, the instrumentals, the beat, the Afro was there…”
In September last year, Stonebwoy, after weeks of speculations, revealed that he had parted ways with Kelvyn Boy after working together for about a year.
Kelvyn Boy is currently promoting his latest song, ‘Momo’ which features DarkoVibes and Mugeez.
