Starting Wednesday 21st September, e.TV Ghana, in collaboration with Junction Mall will open an exhibition to showcase made in Ghana products and services.

The exhibition, aimed at promoting and encouraging the use of Made-in-Ghana products and services as well as re-awakening the consciousness of Ghanaians on the need to patronize our local products to help provide employment and to grow our economy, is scheduled to start from 21st to 25th of September, 2016 at the Junction Mall, Nungua.

The fair is one of the activities being organized by e.TV Ghana as part of its Made-in-Ghana month which was launched on 1st September, 2016 by Mutarla Mohammed, Deputy Minister for Industry and Dzifa Gomashie, Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.

The whole of September has therefore been dedicated to the advancement of products and services solely made in the country.

With over 20 exhibitors from all aspects of the Ghanaian society, the exhibition will be opened each day from 9:00am in the morning till 9:00pm. Patrons are promised an unforgettable experience as they will get to see, sample, make new discoveries and purchase authentic Ghanaian made products at unbeatable prices.

The Head of e.TV Ghana, Malebo Phage, disclosed that, the annual Made-In-Ghana campaign is the station's way of promoting Ghanaian businesses and services as well as supporting the ‘Made in Ghana campaign’ by the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

He stated that, “this five-day event is meant to give exposure to manufacturers of locally made products and to showcase the Ghanaian culture and tradition. We also want to refute the perception that products made in Ghana are of low quality compared to the foreign ones.

There are people coming up with amazing, quality products right here in Ghana, and these products are more than good enough to give the foreign products a good run for their money”.

Malebo Phage encouraged all businesses of local products and consumers to grab the opportunity and partake in the fair to help grow our economy. During the month of September, businesses have also been given the opportunity to advertise their products and services on e.TV Ghana at heavily discounted rates.

As part of the Made-in-Ghana package e.TV will give viewers at home a live telecast of the whole exhibition from the Junction Mall.
