The NDC is the only Party in the World with Elected Communications Officers and Appointed Communications Director in their Party's Constitution.

Amazingly, the Appointed Communications Director supervises the Elected Communications Officers.

According to the NDC Constitution, the Appointed Communications Director is the Head of the Party's National Communications Secretariat and he is responsible to the National Executive Committee.

The National Communications Secretariat of the NDC headed by the Director of Communications is responsible for publicity, public education, information dissemination, opinion research, advertising, media relations, develop communication programmes and ensure coordination of Communications strategies for the Party.

The Director of Communications is also Secretary to the Communications Committee of the Party.

However, the Elected National Communications Officer and the two Deputy National Communications Officers are merely responsible for the Communication activities of the Party according to the Article 29 of the NDC Constitution.

This means that the Elected Communications Officers are subordinates to the Appointed Director of Communications in the NDC. What a confused Party with a bogus Constitution.

When NDC changed the Propaganda Secretary to Communications Officer, they forgot to delete the Director of Communications Portfolio from their Constitution. Lazy thinkers.

I now understand why NDC cannot read to understand and interpret the CHRAJ Report well.
