I Challenge Woyome, Achina Brentuo, David Annan

TO CEASE THE THREATS AND GO TO COURT.

The Woyome fraud is brazen and is beyond the comprehension of even some top NDC activists, I know. They just bow down their heads in shame for being members of a party to which fraudster Woyome belongs to. Who is that patriot who is not hurt by this huge and gigantic evil scheme? Decent minds are so disappointed and bemused that such displays of illegitimacy resulting in payments of a total of $41m to Alfred Woyome took place under Ass. Professor Ata Mills (I learn he is not a full Professor after all) in 2010.


SNIPPETY INFORMATION ARE POINTING OUT THAT, FROM ALL INDICATIONS, WOYOME WAS ALSO PAID A TOTAL OF $27M IN 2011 – IN INSTALMENTS PAYMENTS OF $10M IN JANUARY 2011, - $10M IN APRIL 2011 AND $7M IN SEPTEMBER 2011 --- ALL ARISING FROM HIS BASELESS AND INFAMOUS SUIT AGAINST GHANA GOVERNMENT. Dear reader, the situation is getting murkier and murkier and Woyome seems to have fallen in a ditch with his accomplices including President Ass. Professor Mills , Minister of Finance - Dufuor, Minister of Education- Betty Mould Iddrisu, Chief of Staff- Henry Martey and in fact the entire cabinet. The hermitically sealed covers over their wicked and deceptive schemes are cracking and breaking apart sooner than expected. There is so much confusion about the methodology to unveil fully bare the evil scheme.


The beleaguered President has directed EOCO to investigate the fraud. At the same time reluctant Attorney General office is pursuing his notice of defence of the Woyome suit in court. An NGO, is sending Waterville to International Court of Arbitration to look into their false claims. At the same time they are also engaging CHRAJ to pronounce that the payments to Woyome were wrongful and have to be retrieved. The Minority have called for independent investigations under a committee with institutional representation.


In this confused situation, the attitudes of Alfred Woyome and his cheap and lazy lawyers, especially David Annan and agents like Achina Brentuo are not helping Woyome. They are rather annoying everybody. They are full of desperation and panic all over the radio and with text messages threatening to send whoever comments on this grave criminality to court. Already nothing has come out of the threats they issued to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong three weeks ago. Since then, Hon Joe Ghartey, Hon Kofi Jumah, Kwabena Sarpong an NPP activists, Ken Kuranchie a journalist, Hot fm, etc have all being threatened with court actions for suggesting possible fraud and criminality on the Woyome claims. Last Saturday, they repeated the same threats to Hon Nana Akomea, MP for Okaikoi South, Kwaku Baako Editor in Chief of the Crusading Guide newspaper, Sampson Lardy Ayenini , Host of Joy fm Newsfile Programme to send them to court for making disparaging remarks about Woyome, when they hinted of a possible Woyome /Waterville conspiracy to dupe the state in deliberate con-games, and also expressed disappointment at the response or reaction given by President John Evans Mills regarding the controversial payments.


Woyome and his shameless lawyers and supporters are fanning the flames because they are getting huge payments out of the booty. Woyome and his David Annan cannot be heroes out of this fraud of the century. They will only confirm themselves as scoundrels and villains.

How come that Woyome has conspired with careless and greedy bastards to dupe the state of such huge sums from the treasury and he and his lawyers don’t want us to talk about this? So they are issuing threats to silence everybody in this country otherwise they would sue except President Mills and his useless officials who collaborated traitorously with Woyome, to prosecute this evil scheme? Tell the thief Woyome and his lazy lawyers that we are not small boys and they should be prepared to send everybody to court. There is no patriot who does not feel hurt about this gross misconduct.


But why has Woyome not sent anyone to court? He must hurry up. Personally, the quickest way for the Woyomegate to be determined is for Woyome to sue any of the personalities he has threatened. The whole country will give legal support to such defendants to demonstrate to the court that;


1. 1.Woyome had no signed contract documents on his so-called engagement with the government of Ghana 2. 2. Letters of Introduction and comfort letters to banks and institutions, Woyome and his cohorts are branding about cannot be said to constitute contract /contract documents 3. 3.Woyome had no locus standi to prosecute 4. 4.Woyome failed to comply with the court orders to write undertaking that he would repay the monies he would take in case he would finally lose the case 5. 5.Woyome was given directive to be paid $17m but he managed to get all the monies paid to him to the tune of $41m 6. 6.Woyome and the Attorney General were deceiving the court when they were discussing the modalities of payment in front of the judge, because he had already been paid 7. 7.Alfred Woyome got paid as a PAYEE and not in the name of a company


Proving all these will show clearly that Woyome is therefore a fraudster and conspired with officials to dupe the state. Then the works of EOCO, International Arbitration Committee, Parliamentary Committee, CHRAJ etc will be rendered redundant.


I challenge Woyome, Achina Brentuo, David Annan to cease the threats and go to court. Woyome; Sue. The commentaries on your issue will never stop this election year.
