Is President Mahama an internationally acclaimed leader? What has he done to exemplify himself from other African leaders to be recognized as competent African Leader? According to Senior Communications Adviser to the President, Ben Dotse Malor,seen leaders wanting to associate with President Mahama because of the brilliance he shows effortlessly when he is put in positions internationally and ministers who expressed the desire more or less, they wished he(John Mahama) could be the president of their nation.Folks, this is claptrap and he Malor knows it he did not name one country that wants Mahama to be their leader because no country on the face of God Green Earth wants this Accidental President to come anywhere near their Presidency. Malor has lost any respect for failing to give matured advice to this President who continue to disgrace Ghana everyday.
I will cite two or three incidences that make Mahama a butt of a joke as a President. Just two days ago on the 10th of this month, March, President Mahama with all the problems we have as a country has time to go on site seeing at the Italian ship that has berthed at our port, two days earlier, former President Rawlings went on the same ship looking at Italian furniture showroom on this ship but who can blame that Sogakope Mafia chieftain looking for furniture to decorate his newly built mansion after he has burnt the old structure down but for the current President to go on board an Italian ship for sight seeing is beyond the dignity of the office of the President of our country.
General News of Tuesday, 11 March 2014 ource: tv3network.com Prez Mahama tours Italian navy ship
The president was taken round by Commander of the Group Real Admiral Paolo Treu, who led the government team around the supply ship.
Yes, Mahama is Internationally acclaimed but not as an effective leader but as a joker. How can a President get off from his office to tour a berthed Italian ship? Usually it is the crew of such ships that pay a courtesy call on the Presidency. It is not the President of the country begging the crew of a ship to show him around as tourist. This was really disgraceful. The respectable way should have been for the crew of the ship to visit the Flagstaff house first, that is the normalcy of every culture for a Visitor to announce their presence in your country and not the other way round. President Mahama is behaving like somebody who has won a lotto that he never dreamt of winning and is buying every grown up toy. Just go to the General news on Ghanaweb on Tuesday March 11 and see this giggling joker greeting the Captain of this ship and you will understand what I am talking about.The sad part of Mahama's Presidency is that, he has surrounded himself with mentally challenged cockalorums who don't learn from their mistakes.
This same President stood infront of CNN billboard alone grinning from ear to ear as an accidental tourist. I have never in my lifetime seen any President of the world standing alone infront of any monument by himself grinning like a two year old in a candy store. The usual photo op is a group picture of the staff at such places but not the President or Prime Minister himself taking a picture infront of any landmark like ordinary citizens taking pictures like a postcard to be sent home and you call Mahama as a respected and internationally acclaimed leader? OhPleaseee!!!!
If there is any country out there that wants him, they can take him with his entire government and we can throw in an enticement package to make it attractive for them.
I can't agree with my friend OYOKOBA more when he wrote;
"Who ever mentions Mahama and international in the same sentence? Malor is doing the job he was hired to do, and that is to spin and praise Mahama for his daily bread. John Mahama has chalked no international achievement, he is hardly a blip on the international scene and mentioned."
Bereft of ideas, the giggling president will steal his opponents ideas and postdate them into the next election cycle, just so he can say he is offering the same.....never an original thinker. Having ran away on two occasions to spend Xmas overseas, this joker president sought to cleanse himself of the charge of being unpatriotic to the Ghanaian hospitality and tourist industry, by claiming that he wears made-in Ghana shoes, and the NDC fan-fools fell for it, when in fact this president has been one of the worst managers of our economy. None of his so-called policy positions are carefully thought through, given that they are often presented as casual afterthoughts.....red meat for the fan-fools to chew on, when in fact you look at his performance... since 2009 at the presidency, it has been a below average performance.....giggle, smile and wave and pump up slogans.
Running a country is not a joke...ede be keke is not a policy position, just an epitome of a do-nothing but an embezzling corrupt government. Which country will want a mediocre whose only contribution is to supervise the vanishing of his country's wealth, as evidenced by the fast falling value of the cedi....and you kwaseato Malor will come and tell us Mahama is an internationally sought after president to be associated with? Don't pee on our legs and tell us it is raining....
It is an insult for The Senior Communications Adviser to the President, Ben Dotse Malor,to rub salt into our wounds by intimating that Ghanaians should count ourselves lucky for having Mahama as a President when this giggling President has been a curse that is proving difficult to exorcise from our body politic.
