The Sale Of Government Bungalows Is A Criminal Act

Fri, 27 Dec 2013 Source: Sangaparee, Clement

The monstrous levels of corruption that occurred in the Ministries, Departments and Agencies between 2001 – 2008 without any measures put in place by the then NPP Administration to curb it shows that corruption was legalized by President J.A. Kufour because he himself was a very corrupt and by extension a Big Clever Thief who lied his way to become Ghana’s President by default due to Rawlings’ long stay in power from 1982 – 2000. Corruption in Ghana started in full scale from the NPP era and Mallam Issah was the only Scape Goat from the CPP who was jailed by Kufour’s NPP government to show that he was committed to his so-called “Zero Tolerance for corruption: which was then 100% and above in Ghana. Mallam Issah was the then Minister for Youth and Sports and the NPP dominated Ministry ditched him by stealing $46,00 meant for players as their bonus and accused him of stealing the money even though he was innocent, it serves him right. Today 2013, corruption is no more a perception But It Is a Reality Nation Wide. Starting from the Ministries, Departments and Agencies to the Ports and Harbours Authority, the Ghana Revenue Authority. The Ghana Education Service, the Immigration Service , Police Service, the Customs Exercise and Preventive Service and many more all because our Ghanaian values such as Honesty, Patriotism and Hard work are lost since the violent over throw of the late Dr. Kwame Nkrumah by Ghana’s number one thugs aided by the C.I.A. on 24th February, 1966. These military thugs who overthrew the late Dr. Kkwame Nkrumah all came from the United Part (UP) Tradition which the NPP represent today 2013. They sold several state corporations and factories which were all operating in full capacity to foreigners especially Americans whose C.I.A. helped them to overthrow the elected government of the then CPP government. The remaining factories and state corporations were shared among themselves (I mean members of the United Party tradition which was renamed the Danquah ( Busia tradition and represented by the NPP today. They shamelessly sold all the National Assets with impunity and since there is always Blood in the Head of a tsetse fly, Kufour’s NPP government embarked on the criminal sale of government bungalows to NPP Ministers of state and party Gurus with impunity so what are they now talking about in the T.V. studios and FM Radio stations Nation wide – are they mad or crazy confusionists? The sale of government bungalows alone is a criminal act and those who ordered the sale of those bungalows must be arrested and prosecuted to serve as a deterrent to future leaders who might attempt to do such a thing. Kufour’s NPP government would have sold all the government bungalows to rich NPP members so that incoming government Ministers would have to sleep on trees or inside their vehicles with their families and come to work in the various ministries. MMDCE’s would have done the same thing and this means that “Property Owing Democracy” is an indirect way of stealing. All these nasty state of affairs were going on in the country right under the nose of the Clergy in Ghana. Organized labour led by the T.U.C. and the NPP had the full support of Ghana‘s smelly press how sad. Most of our troubles are tongue troubles but in a multi party democracy, man must talk and it is our tongues which help us to talk to the people, hence our tongue troubles even in our own political party. What did the T.U.C. the Clergy in Ghana, Civil Society Organizations and the GBA say when the government bungalows were been sold by the NPP government? Former President Rawlings is the longest serving Head of state and a civilian President of Ghana for 19 good years but he never sold a single bungalow to himself or any Minister of state under his government. He never sold government lands too. If Rawlings had embarked on a “ Property Owning Revolution” or “ Property Owning Democracy” which is the criminal Agenda of the NPP – there would be no government bungalow or government land left for those bunch of political criminals leading the violent prone NPP to come and grab left right, back and front as if Ghana is their personal property, come on we must all begin to rediscover our lost Ghanaian values of Patriotism, Honesty, Hard work and Truthfulness. Society’s love for money through unfair and foul means is the result of the MONSTROUS LEVEL OF CORRUPTION TAKING PLACE daily in all sectors of the country including private COMPANIES AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AS WELL AS THE CHURCH. Dear reader, you can now see how far the canker of corruption has travelled in this country today in Ghana. He who speaks the truth and advocates Honesty, hard work and patriotism is often described as a Fool or a Devil by society with a silly question thus? Every body does it. Are you the only Saint that will make Ghana a better place to live in? Therefore corruption must be made a National Agenda with the Judiciary and the GBA being Major Stake Holders by the ruling government to enable Ghanaians eradicate this canker once and for all. Moral decadence is on the rise as well as corruption all in the name of a Western imposed so –called democracy which means disrespect for elderly, people which is a taboo in Africa and last but not the least, the withdrawal of subsidies on fuel, Water etc which is also anti-people because Africans Are very poor. Corruption is a very lucrative business and so it is seriously protected by a criminal conspiracy among public officials and some civil servants to destroy evidence and clues and finally kill all cases brought up against them. When that happens it frightens all good citizens and they protect themselves by shutting up or accept to be baptized with corruption altogether, after all, everybody eats from his workplace through unfair means in Ghana that is their infamous slogan. Who will then bell the cat and go hungry? Who will bell the cat and see the suspect or culprit paying his way brought the system and walking away a freeman or woman tomorrow? Posterity will not forgive us if we don’t join hands to fight this national corruption epidemic now hanging over our heads like the Sword of Damocles. I beg to drop my bic. Is anybody listening? I am done Jaanbie Iwaii” Aluta Continua”.
