The value of state bungalows is nothing compared to the value of state enterprises like Nsawam Cannery, GNTC, Black Star Line and the GIHOC chain of industries, for instance? The looting of State assets is not limited to 2001 - 2008. It was more intensive between 1982 and 2000; and has today metamorphosed from the looting of fixed assets to the blatant looting of state coffers by the Government of the Party that claims to have been founded on the principles probity and accountability.
