I opine that to receive the business loans from banks you must have a good motivation. Nevertheless, one time I have received a commercial loan, just because I was willing to buy a building.

Some time ago, I really needed to buy a car for my business but I didn't have enough cash and couldn't purchase something. Thank heaven my mother adviced to try to take the personal loans at trustworthy creditors. Hence, I acted so and was satisfied with my short term loan.
