  ECG itself most corrupt institution in Ghana.How do ECG spend millions of cedis procure motor cycles and vehicle to Ghana police while you have massive debt owing ..when question they talked about social responsibility-yes good,but do what is right first.Energy is vital role for sustainability..Recent power shut down is as a result of ECG not able to pay its power distributors!!
