  The overriding point in all this is that. China is a Communist Ruled One Party State. And, it has worked wonders for them. That is what our airy-fairy bogus, Thieving and plundering Democrats seems to forget. Nkrumah, was labelled a communist when he sought help from the Eastern Block. Today, the useless Danquah Busia Detritus, who accused Nkrumah of every crime that did not require courage keep running to the same Communists in China for financial help. Their state institutions works like clockwork.
