Media blackout is one of the means for media houses to protect their reporters from organisations and persons who are hostile to their reporters and l don't see how that can be described as dysfunctional.

Media blackout is one of the means for media houses to protect their reporters from organisations and persons who are hostile to their reporters and l don't see how that can be described as dysfunctional.
Kofi Yeboah has stoutly defended the position the GJA took to protect its members and that is the way to go.
