  Ghanaians and explanation his participation in this failed government, he conveniently claims he was merely a Vice-President who had nothing to do with the government's decision-making. Like the liar that Bawumia is, he can peddle that lie without blinking an eye. But his deceptions aren't fooling the people of Ghana, for Bawumia's fingerprints are all over the failed policies of his NPP government.
