  Much as I enjoyed your professional expertise, I was appalled by your Americanised English. Does American English spellings take precedence over Briticism or what? I find it extraordinary for someone who actually schooled in Ghana and London. No wonder, our daft politicians seems to think words such as Legislator,
  Majority, Minority, Caucus etc takes precedence over MPs, Ruling Govt, Opposition and Committees, which my stuck - up illiterate parents and the vast majority of Ghanaians are familiar with.

  Voluntary submission could not have played a crucial part in her receiving a good deal on her case. The decision to forego trial is what often gets an accused a good deal, coupled with a willingness to aid the prosecution with 'information' that will aid the prosecution in of the other defendants in the case.

  Why did she volunteer to go to JFK if she wasn't guilty? What choice did she have if she had refused to go? She was arrested at Heathrow and was forced to go to the US to face the music. Voluntarily year right.
