  Mensah Otabil set the stage for the looting of the poor Ghanaians going to the mushroom churches. He stole the peanuts of the very poor to build a university which they can't afford to send their kids. They scumbag should have arrested and charged for taking part in bankrupting a bank but he's walking free. This scoundrel must be held accountable. Shame on u Otabil.
