  Amanda Clinton, Barack Obama and his NATO allies use the system crash in their Arab spring. In Libya and Syria they did not rely on only telecommunication crush,but intervened military, when the telecommunication crush failed.
  So, Barack Obama while the president of the US from 2009 to 2016 use the telecommunication and communication crush to overthrow governments that were not advancing the interest of the U.S. and her allies in their countries.
