Yes, in Akufo-Addo's vision-less mind, Ghana needs new Ministers at this juncture. The Ministers need to be recycled to allow for the tired ones to either take a break away from Ministerial duties, or sent to other Ministries to shield them from all the stones being hurled by suffering Ghanaians.
