  Sometime ago people got lynched upon the allegation from someone that his manhood has srank when the person shook hand with him.
  Anyone who accuses another of letting his manhood shrink must be arrested and send to the nearest police station.
  Anyway, we have not heard the rumour of shrinking womanhood.
