  In Summary, why did SML not go through parliament and why was it Sole Sourced if it were in good faith. SML is simply a charade. Why is the KPMG report not made public by the Presidency. The reportage states clearly that there is not enough grounds to prove whether SML or 4th Estate is making the genuine call due to unavailable data in public domain. Why should the presidency produce a summary of the content when there is a available document of public interest by KPMG.
