  Yes, there indeed are many in the Police force who place duty to country above corruption. That Police office should be commended for refusing to be corrupted by that crooked driver. You may also wish to let her office know about what you observed so that her superiors can place that information in her file. Who ever gets elected as the next President should consider looking into ways to increase the pay of Ghana police officers, for they're woefully underpaid for their services.
