In 2016, before Sophist Akufo Addo, and his bunch of Ali Baba thieves started peddling falsehood to tarnish the image of Mahama's regime, the same Legatum Index in that year ranked Ghana 87 out of 167 countries. Yet, that position was not good enough for useless Akufo Addo and his fawning underlings of your type. What bloody improvement are you talking about? Schools under effing trees? frankly, we are no longer gullible for PhD holders to deceive. We can cross check facts ourselves. You are just as dreadful in churning out your embellished piffle!
