  Great write up. People will take big monies from interested parties and poopoo every initiative meant to benefit the ordinary people instead of their client companies . After almost 10 years we have only 15% 4G penetration, and there are educated people against this new arrangement?!?!?

  There are still a lot of grey areas in this deal that makes it shady to say the least...
