  Those failed policies of the NPP government have the finger-prints of Aplanke Bawumia all over them. Bawumia played a major role in the craftuing and implementation of those disastrous policies that he now shamelessly is trying to distance himself from. Incompetent Aplanke Bawumia is a monumental failure; he can run but he surely can't hide from his own failed policies that have left millions of Ghanaians suffering from the painful Julor House Wahala virus.
