  All top public officials must be elected by votes of stakeholders or the public and Ghana will automatically and immediately start developing within the shortest possible time with less corruption, bureaucracy, thefts, bribery, scandals, judgement debts, conspiracies, incompetence or failure. All ministers, directors, CEOs and heads of all public entities must be elected by the staff and stakeholders of the specific entity create competition and discipline need to progress and develop which will be far better than the political appointments that breed corruption and scandals. These top public officials can appoint or nominate their deputies, assistants or second in command for their own protection just like the president can choose his or her vice president.
