  One thing I like about Napo is that, he's not afraid to speak his mind. Unfortunately, Ghanaians take this character trait of assertiveness to be prideful. I will rather have a leader who's not afraid to speak his mind without any fear to a coward. Bawumia made the best decision in selecting Napo. It also tells Ghanaians a lot about Bawumia as well. He wants to surround himself with people who can speak their minds without fear.
