The problem with this Attorney General is with incompetence. It is case of immaturity. It shows in many ways. He is on of the few brazen and poor cultured-languaged Attorney General we have had in about fifty years or so. He like Nana Addo thinks being combative is a mark of steel. It is a mark of lack of wisdom and obviously maturity. Ghana has not seen any mess like this before. Yes the early 1980s were very crazy. That was because we under siege like armed robbers overpowering you home at night. But when you have a choice and 4 years a government can borrow 11.02 billion dollars from the eurobond and not show much for thst and get ordinary citizens to suffer. That is sad. Check the Annual Debt Management Report from the Ministry of Finance website 2021 and 2022 and you will the reckles nature of this govt.

We remember Bright Simmons suddenly becoming an expert in machines used for voting and predicting loss of sensitivity of the machines in the 2020 elections. We all saw the success of the elections. Now Dame asking for 55% instead of the 5% Ghanaians have always protested against, is described as incompetence.

Why this unwarranted attack on the person of the Attorney General? Anyone who thinks these so-called CSOs which are funded from abroad seek the interests of Ghanaians. The CSOs represent various financial and economic interest groups at home and abroad. When a sitting government does not allow itself to be patronized by the financial and economic groups the CSOs represent in the country, the CSOs become hostile to the government and see nothing good in what the government does. The CSOs highlight out of proportion the negatives but sleep on the positives.This is what the president of IMANI,a septic tank, is doing here.

I am beginning to see a pattern with some of these CSOs. They don't like to be sidelined. More of a struggle for relevance if you will. Its all about a certain sense of entitlement.
