  I am also of the same perspective as the writer on the internal recruitment of already existing service officers who knows the values, and cultures of the police service which leads to enhancement of their careers.
  Also with their experiences over the years as police men, training and re-training of both external and internal individuals for recruitment in various positions available will make the Ghana Police Service much better.
