  Everything in the book is what you and your government are implementing in Ghana. During covid-19 each person was charged $150 at the airport, any serious government that care about the well-being of his citizens would have allowed state owned Laboratory Services or Nuguchi to carryout the test so that all the money collected will go to the government. Per the book you gave the contract to family, and out of the $150 charged per passenger, the government of Ghana got only $10. This is what is captured in the book, all the loans contracted by Ken Ofori Atta, he gets about 10% shares, it is in the book.
