  If it is about the money, why did the AG refuse to accept the refund offer from Big Sea? They offered to pay back the money on many occasions to preserve their reputation but the AG refused. In court, the NNP Minister of Health also said that the government did not have money to clear the medical parts from the port to fix the defective Ambulance. Let's now reason who has caused financial loss to the State.

  When this matter cropup,I was interested in the fact that does the German vehicle manufacturing company Mercedes, manufacture ambulances.
  My search on the web was a big No.
  It was explained to me that Mercedes manufacture vehicles that can be bought by the user and fit it into what he or she want to use it for.
  So when I buy Mercedes van and want to use it as an ambulance I must buy medical fittings from a company which manufactures first aid gadgets and fix them into the van.
  A person was caught with a fowl in his bag. Someone who saw the fowl in the bag called the other person a thief.
  He was lynched to death because the people who caught his freedom of movement don't want to hear anything about where he bought the fowl.
  A person cannot be imprisoned for owning something that no one lays claim to be his or her property.
  I write letter on behalf of my company because I have been authorized to do so.
  It looks like in law, you don't question a agent of a company for infringements on the law, but the chief executive or the owner.
  Thus when you are not sure that the pen the deputy is using comes from the managing director, you ask the M.D. if he or she gave the pen to the D.M.D.
