  When something is described as filthy, it means much to the extent that it should be discarded into the dustbin, and that is John Dramani Mahama. He is a filthy liar.
  
  Mahama lies as if lying should be part our daily lives. All that Mahama said about these fees waiver policy is nothing more than to lie and trick the ignorant to vote for him.
  
  His policy will just waive a mere 400 cedis as compared to the current one which helps the student to defer these huge student debts and pay them later.
  
  Mahama's policy will rather see thousands of students unable to enter the universities. He is a liar whose presence should scare everybody.
