  I agree with you Awudu. When a system has a problem, you reset it in order to fix it. Yo cannot upgrade that which is bad. No one cam argue that Ghana is in a bad state, therefore reset is the best option. Welldone Awudu

  An upgrade in thievery, looting, mismanagement and galamsey isn't good for the health of Ghana. For that reason, incompetent steering wheel dancing clown Aplanke Buckwheat Bawumia and his foot-in-the-mouth clowning mate Napo must evicted from Julor House so that they can join their Julor House mafia boss in retirement with their upgrade criminal minds.

  Thus reset means restoring free education it the position it was in 1987 when it was abolished.By the provision of all the facilities, human resource and teaching material and aid that is needed to transfer knowledge to people.
  To upgrade a system means raise it to a higher level. It means that you raise something to a higher level, but not dealing with the flaws in it. So an upgraded SHS will still have problems with renovated school buildings, but not enough to do away with the shift problem.
  Upgraded test books, teachers and others but not enough to cater for the needs of all students in the free SHS.
